"AI" added to exam title — renamed from "Oracle Cloud Database Service 2024 Professional" to "Oracle AI Cloud Database Services 2025 Professional", signaling Oracle's emphasis on AI-integrated database capabilities
Same 5-domain structure — the five domains at 20% each are carried over from 2024
AI features within domains — HeatWave AutoML, HeatWave GenAI, and AI vector search capabilities receive more emphasis within existing domains
Exam lineage: 1Z0-1093-21 (Specialist) → 1Z0-1093-22 → 1Z0-1093-23 → 1Z0-1093-24 → 1Z0-1093-25
